1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YouTube Bhaichara, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must uninstall the App immediately.

2. Nature of the App

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree that you will not use the App to:

  • Violate YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Spam & Fake Engagement policies.

  • Submit, promote, or link to content that contains hate speech, explicit material, graphic violence, harassment, or illegal substances.

  • Use automated bots, scripts, or fraudulent mechanisms to artificially inflate views, likes, or subscribers.

  • Harass, bully, or spam other community members.

4. Coins, Points, and Rewards System (If Applicable)

  • The App may use a virtual point or coin system to facilitate video exchanges (e.g., watch others to earn points to promote your own videos).

  • These virtual coins hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke virtual balances if fraudulent activity or policy abuse is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user-submitted video links) are and will remain the exclusive property of YouTube Bhaichara and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of this App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTube Bhaichara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or YouTube channel suspension/termination resulting from your use of the App. You use this platform at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
